Designed in New York City and proudly made in Mumbai, India. Draped, ruched, silk gown with adjustable front panels, open back, satin face chiffon ties at the back of the neck, and light stretch. The silk chiffon ties may have striations in the fabric due to it's delicate nature. Ties can be worn across the neck like a halter or across the back to be worn strapless.
