Showroom Appointment Policy:

Appointments are scheduled 1+ week in advance; we generally cannot accommodate same-week bookings.

Appointments are available only on weekdays from 11am–3pm
(Holiday Exceptions: Saturday and Sunday, Dec 13th -14th and 20th - 21st).

In-store purchases are exchange or store credit only within 14 days.

No cash will be accepted.

Your appointment will be confirmed via calendar invitation sent from our team.

Each appointment lasts 1 hour. Please arrive on time—appointments are canceled after a 15-minute delay.
