Showroom Appointments

Showroom Appointment Policy:

Submitting an appointment does not guarantee you have been confirmed.

Your appointment will be confirmed via email with a calendar invitation sent from our team. Only confirmed appointments are permitted to visit our showroom.

Appointments are scheduled 1+ week in advance; we generally cannot accommodate same-week bookings.

Appointments are available only on weekdays from 11am–3pm ET.

In-store purchases are exchange or store credit only within 14 days.

No cash will be accepted.

Each appointment lasts 1 hour. Please arrive on time—appointments are canceled after a 15-minute delay.

Please be respectful of other guests and staff during your appointment. Photography/videography is not permitted without consent from our showroom team and other guests.

Double booking slots for you and a guest is not allowed. If you arrive with a guest and they also have an appointment with you as a guest, your appointments will be canceled. No exceptions.

We are happy to arrange private bookings for groups. Please reach out!
