PRE ORDER / MADE TO ORDER
All "Pre Order" items are 100% made to order and will take 12-14 weeks to ship. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. Please email help@mirrorpalais.com if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.
At this time all domestic orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Please follow your tracking number for updates with tracking. If there is an issue with your delivery please follow up directly with the USPS with your tracking number.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
All orders placed over $1,000 USD require a signature to be delivered, please follow along with your delivery notifications to ensure your packages reach you safely.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently offer international shipping via DHL. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.
Import fees vary by country, to get an estimate of the expected fees due in your region please reach out to allocation@mirrorpalais.com or your local DHL representative for the best possible estimate.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
If your item is prepared and you would like it to be shipped express please email allocation@mirrorpalais.com . All express shipments are sent via FEDEX and any additional charges will be sent via Shopify invoice or PayPal.
We do not offer Express Shipping during peak order volume in November through December.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We offer Swap Package Protection for 2% of your order total, covering loss, damage, and theft. Protection can be added at checkout.
If Package Protection is not purchased, Mirror Palais is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
To file a claim for a lost or damaged package, please visit the Package Protection portal to initiate a claim.
