Designed in New York City and proudly made in Shenzhen, China. A semi-sheer pale blue mini dress featuring a high neckline, delicate embroidery details, and adjustable straps with buttons. Includes side seam invisible zipper, secured with a hook and eye closure. Sample Sale Items are Final Sale. No refunds or exchanges will be offered, no exceptions. Condition: In good condition, XS has a small snag in front left skirt (last image). The S (on model) has slight warping of fabric.
