Queens-born Marcelo Gaia founded Mirror Palais (Mee·rr Pal·ay) in 2019, after working for almost a decade as a stylist, with the mission to create dreamy, nostalgic pieces for the confident women who influence him. He celebrates the divine, feminine form by designing stunning garments for all sizes and shapes. Pulling inspiration from his mother's closet, his religion, his family in Brazil or even Sailor Moon, there's something for every occasion. Mirror Palais is worn by celebrities and the everyday IT girl alike.

As a small business with a goal of being environmentally conscious, many items are made from vintage fabrics leading to limited launches and made-to-order exclusives. Every garment is designed in New York with the intention of bringing fair wages, waste reduction and craftsmanship to the forefront of the fashion conversation.
