Before booking your appointment, please review our policies carefully.

Appointments

Appointments are available Monday through Saturday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm est, Sunday 11:00 am - 3:00 pm est.

Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee confirmation. If your request is approved, our team will send a confirmation email along with a calendar invitation. We kindly ask that only guests with a confirmed appointment visit the showroom, as we are unable to accommodate walk-ins.

To ensure fair access to appointments, guests may not reserve multiple appointment slots for the same visit. If you plan to attend with a guest, please reserve only one appointment. Duplicate bookings made for the same party will be canceled.

For bridal appointments, special accommodations, or any questions regarding sample availability, please email appointments@mirrorpalais.com prior to your booking. 

We are delighted to accommodate private appointments and group bookings. Please do not hesitate to reach out.

Your Visit

Appointments are scheduled for one hour. Please arrive on time, as appointments will be canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you be respectful of our staff and fellow visitors during your appointment. If you would like to take photos or videos during your visit, please check with our showroom team beforehand, as other guests may be present.

Purchases

In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
