"For months I listened to Lata Mangeshkar on repeat, dreaming of India, which turned into a manifestation as most of my new collection was being made in Mumbai and I will be visiting this year. Learning to find people I can trust with my vision has been a big part of my journey; in doing som my manifestations have continued to come true. I’d been wanting to shoot with Kali for months and by pure coincidence she happens to live 2 hours away from our shoot location. All of the pieces came together in harmony."

"Being creative used to be a very solitary practice for me and sometimes it still is. I used to sketch and drape my designs when I was alone. At night, I lay in bed with my eyes closed listening to music in my headphones and fantasize about stories I want to tell and the visuals that would accompany them."
